Ancient Grain Bun

The ancient grain gluten-free vegan burger bun. You asked for vegan and we have delivered. This bun covers off the needs of all of your guests while still proving to be delicious bread, regardless of the ingredients it doesn’t have. Alternatively, they can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week, but must be flat topped or toasted to heat back to 200F which is baking temperature. For Large quantities: reheat in a combi oven 90% steam 10% dry 200F oven, 200F internal temperature on the probe.

MUFFINS

Ingredients:

Gluten-free flour blend (white rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), bananas, brown sugar, water, canola oil, chocolate chips, ground flax, margarine (canola oil, water, modified pal and palm kernel oils, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, soy lecithin, citric acid, natural flavour (vitamin A palmitate, beta-carotene, vitamin d2), granulated sugar, baking soda, vanilla, xanthan gum, salt, baking powder

Sandwich Bun

Sandwiches in all of their glory. Choose the fillings, condiments, and spreads of your choice!

Creative uses:

Broaden your horizons beyond the traditional ham and cheese: Mexican tortas, Cuban sandwiches, Croque Monsieurs, and meatball subs all fit the bill too. You can even use them for stuffed French toast filled with peanut butter and jelly, or bananas and chocolate.

Pizza Crust

Pizza: Top frozen crust and bake for 7 – 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 400° F until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.

Creative uses:
