Our vegan Ancient Grain Buns are not only perfect for plant-based burgers, but also ideal for those with an egg allergy.  Try them for avocado toast, veggies, or as a base for a breakfast sandwich with a tofu scramble.  Great for serving beside soups and salad – delicious and allergen-friendly.

Ingredients:

Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, White Rice Flour, Millet Flour, Brown Teff Flour, Water Sugar, Canola Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Xanthan Gum, Flax Meal, Salt, Dry Yeast, Flax Seed

Product Size:

1 bun = 110g

Reheating Instructions:

Microwave on high until soft and warm approx. 60 sec per bun.  All microwaves are different and reheating times will vary.
